Description
Two Preludes for Lame sonore, which are also suitable for Theremin. And maybe also for the Ondes Martenot? Dedicated to Annette Scholten, pioneer in the development of this instrument. She also premiered my Miniature for Lame sonore and piano, and recorded it on her CD Angelo. The first Prelude is in fact an Etude with the tritonus as a frequent and speaking interval in a free use of Istrian, Bartok and Mineur - with a raised quarter and fifth - scales. The second uses the tritonus only 3x, but expressively. Both pieces are slow in nature.

Beautiful catchy recent (08/08/2020) phone recording of Dare Voce II. Sublime performed by Annette Scholten in the church of Brandeville (Fr.)

Listen there to the beginning of Prelude - Dare voce II: https://www.facebook.com/annette.scholten.18/videos/vb.100007027029255/2429555347288676/?type=2&theater Perhaps it will remind you of this one of the FIREFLIES, by Rabindranath Tagore: "Forlorn thoughts from the forsaken hives of all ages, swarming in the air, hum around my heart and seek my voice."
